The following documents are required to file an application for Copyright Registration under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport of the applicant.
Soft copy or physical copy of the original creative work.
No Objection Certificate from author or publisher (if required).
Required if application is filed through an agent or consultant.
Signed declaration confirming originality of the work.
Official certificate issued by Copyright Office after approval.
